The Grocery Outlet Autumn wine sale is almost upon us again! It will run from November 4-10, 2026, I believe, and all wines will be discounted an extra 20%. I expect that, like all recent sales, there will also be a special coupon on the Grocery Outlet app that will grant customers 25% off for the first couple of days.
I haven’t been buying that much wine lately as I realized that it’s a good time to drink some of my supplies rather than buying more. However, now that I’ve been good for a while, I may seek out something new during the sale.
There are a couple of zinfandels from T-Vine Winery that have gotten some people on Reddit excited. T-Vine wines generally get high ratings on Vivino – almost all above 4.0. I checked the app and the two that are available in my local Grocery Outlet are:
- Frediani Vineyard Zinfandel ($15, so $12 during the sale) – scored 4.3 on Vivino (243 ratings).
- Bacigalupi Vineyard Zinfandel ($16, $12.80 during the sale) – scored 4.2 on Vivino (138 ratings)
These wines are normally around $60 at T-Vine, so you can get them for around 1/5th of the normal price during the sale. I’ll probably try the Frediani Vineyard Zinfandel as it’s from Calistoga, one of my favorite places in California wine country. The Bacigalupi Vineyard Zinfandel is from Russian River, and I’m sure it’s great too 😉
I’ll probably buy the Frediani Vineyard zin pre-sale and then, if it’s good, I’ll pick up a bottle of each to add to the collection (now that it’s smaller).

If you’re looking for something cheaper then look out for the McBride Sisters Collection, Red Blend, Central Coast, California (a steal at only $4). The McBride Sisters also produce a popular red blend called Black Girl Magic (also $4) which is easier to find at the Grocery Outlet but not quite as good as the McBride Sisters Collection Red Blend.

Have fun if you check out the wine sale! I’ll update this post before the sale begins if I get a chance to try one of the wines above. And now for something completely different, here’s a wine joke, courtesy of my brother, who has a joke for every occasion:
Wine Joke
A married couple is sitting on a sofa sharing a bottle of wine.
During a quiet moment, she says, “I love you!”
The husband asks, “Is that you or the wine talking?”
She replies, “It’s me talking to the wine!”
